Leadership in Vineyard is best understood when you look at it through the lens of servanthood. Jesus, the Son of God, showed us that genuine leadership comes from having a deep, loving connection with our Father in Heaven and serving others out of the selfless overflow of that love.
Mark 10:42-45 Jesus called them together and said . . . Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Dave and Ada Taylor, along with a team of volunteers, play a key role in supporting the church’s activities. They work closely with the elders to maintain harmony in the congregation and to help achieve the church’s mission.
